Safari and Service - March Break 2009

LiveMore Adventures and ALIVE Outdoors present:

“Kenya Safari and Service” March Break 2009

Expedition Introduction:

Our two-week expedition set amidst northwest Kenya's vast Serengeti embraces equal parts of wilderness education and cultural experience.

Students travel, live and work among the Maasai, a native African tribe whose culture celebrates the life-sustaining wonders of the African Serengeti plains. Encounters with the Big Five - lions, leopards, elephant, rhino and water buffalo - are par for the course, but personal interaction with culture and environment form the core of this wildlife and ecology program.

You have never had an adventure like this!

Highlights:

• 3 Incredible Safaris, with the opportunity to see the "Big Five" wildlife

• Traditional Maasai school visit and service project in remote town of Marijo, Maasailand

• 3 days of extraordinary hiking and camping with a local Maasai Guide

• Experience a traditional goat roast with your Maasai Hosts

• Unforgettable farewell banquet and shopping in Nairobi
